We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. However, in the circumstances your item is faulty, or you believe we have made an error with your order please contact us at admin@royalplanner.co.uk

Exchanges and refunds must first receive authorization before shipping your order back to us.

Shipping costs are not able to be refunded. If approved for a refund, any orders that received free shipping will receive a refund less the shipping fees.

Please be advised in order to process a refund for the reasons above we require the order to be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Please note a significant number of our products are custom handmade items and not mass-produced. As a result, there may be slight variations present. These variations do not affect the intended use of the product.

  1. All sales for digital, custom, or pre-order products are final, and will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
  2. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if the incorrect size has been chosen. Please refer to our product size guide for measurements or if you require further assistance, please send us an email and we would be happy to help.
  3. If we have made an error on your order or you have received a faulty product, please contact us with 7 days of delivery with your order number and we will aim to resolve the matter for you. Please be advised that most products from Royal Planner have a handmade element, and some slight variation can be expected in the cut and finish of the item. We do not consider these faults as they do not affect the use of the product.
